- Bill Osinski is a journalist who has worked for 11 newspapers, including the Atlanta Journal-Constitution for 16 years. His prior work has contributed to the release of a convicted murderer from death row in Ohio and in the opening of a Kentucky state investigation, which established that a previously-exonerated state trooper shot a cop-killing suspect in the back; and he was a finalist for a Pulitzer Prize in investigative reporting for articles exposing illegal practices in the coal mining industry. He lives in metro Atlanta and writes screenplays.

Hi, Mr. Osinski, I also met you at the book signing. I am glad you wrote this book. This book has answered questions and confirmed thoughts I had about the Nuwaubians. I also hope that someone will produce this book as a movie very soon.

You have no business promoting this book like you are. So many of the key witnesses have come forth exposing that this was a personal issue that got out of hand. There are so many inaccuracies in your story it's laughable. But it's not funny when your playing with lives.
If York is indeed guilty then he never deserves to be free again. But to not allow a re-trail at this point is simply wicked. What you are doing is quite wrong sir.
I am not a follower of Malachi York, I am a white man who became interested in this probably for the same reasons you did. And this bias and assumption is not ok.

Just read about your book in the Messenger here in Putnam Co. It is wonderful you wrote about this horrible man and his nutty followers. Hi I am a victim of York's and I would like to let you all know that what Mr. Osinki did was a good thing and was helpful to me. I grew up as a part of the community and was kept in the dark about a lot of things. If you don't like what he wrote that means you don't like what we said.
